The only homes built for pastors and church planters.
Find a stable home in the community where you're called to serve — with clear, multi-year terms from the start.

Most people serving in ministry can't afford to live in the communities where they work.
Pastors and church planters are increasingly unable to find housing near their church due to rising housing costs, limited income, and strict qualification standards. This creates ongoing instability that disrupts both their families and the ministries they are building.

Housing built for ministry — not the market.
Our network of Foundations homes is available exclusively to those called to ministry — helping you secure a stable home in the community where you serve.

How we make below-market housing possible — and why it's sustainable.
We acquire homes in high-cost areas and develop each property to include additional homes. The revenue from those additional homes offsets costs across the whole property — allowing us to offer you stable, below-market housing without any hidden catches. It's a model built for the long term.
How is this different from a typical housing arrangement?
Foundations homes are offered exclusively to people serving in ministry at below-market housing costs — structured specifically around ministry income and the communities where you serve. The application process is simple and straightforward.
Is there a catch?
No. The below-market housing cost is made possible by how we develop and operate each property — not by hidden fees or temporary discounts. Everything is clear from the start.
How do I qualify?
You'll complete a simple application. We understand that ministry income can look different, and our process is designed to better recognize those income structures.
How long can I stay in the home?
Foundations homes are offered with stable, multi-year terms. Everything will be clearly outlined before you move in.
What happens after the initial term?
When your term ends, we'll work with you well in advance to explore your options — including applying for another Foundations home if one is available in your area.
Who owns and manages the home?
Foundations handles everything — property management, maintenance, and any issues that come up — so you can focus on your ministry.
How quickly do homes get filled?
Foundations homes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and can move quickly. We recommend applying as soon as you find a home that fits your needs.
You belong in the community you serve.
